I had a fantastic stay at this guesthouse. The host, Jacky, is incredibly helpful and friendly. The hotel facilities are clean and tidy. The location is great, situated in a traditional village with lovely local staff. The guesthouse is only a 15-minute walk away from the observation platform, offering a stunning view of the terrace. The staff also provided delicious and reasonably priced meals. I particularly enjoyed the breakfast and dinner served in the kitchen. The hotel's convenient location allowed me to explore the nearby market and engage in other activities apart from visiting the rice terraces. The transportation system in the area is efficient and charges fair prices, avoiding any attempts to scam visitors. I would love to come back and enjoy some sunny days here.

The twin room at Jacky's Guesthouse is cozy and inviting, with a tile/marble floor that feels cool under your feet. I loved the convenience of having an electric kettle, perfect for making a cup of tea before exploring Yuanyang. As a business traveler, I appreciated the practicality and comfort of this room.

Amazing views of the mountains from the sun terrace, although it would have been even better if the WiFi signal reached there. The shared lounge was okay, but the highlight was definitely the on-site bar where I could drown my sorrows.
